Rates

General Rate Information

• Payments are due on the first of each month.
• Late fees are assessed after the tenth of each month.
• All Fall-Winter housing and meal plan agreements are set up on a ten-payment plan.
  
  • The first five payments, July through November, pay for Fall and the second five payments, December through April, pay for Winter.
• Each payment covers a portion of the agreement period.
• A $100.00 dollar deposit and a one-time $50.00 non-refundable processing fee are due upon contracting.
