Many landlords request Rental Verification to verify that a potential tenant has been a good tenant in the past.
In order for Campus Accommodations to release information to third parties (in compliance with FERPA laws), tenants may use either of the following options:
Tenants may submit a FERPA Release Form allowing their future landlord to call and verify specified information.
Tenants may request a Rental Verification Letter by contacting Campus Accommodations through a message from their message board under the "Account" tab.
