Late fees are assessed after the tenth of each month.
Due to the nature of the agreement, tenants may not pay rent in advance.
Rates typically increase 3-5% every year, effective September 1.
Contracts which begin or end in the middle of the month will utilize a prorated housing charge for that month based on the number of days the tenant is contracted.
Electricity charges are posted to tenants’ university accounts around the middle of each month, and are due 10 days after the charge is posted.
