A $30 late fee will be assessed to all students with outstanding balances after the tenth of each month.
If payment is not made on or before the first of the month, the account is past due and a hold may be placed on the student’s meal plan, class registration, and transcript until the account is paid in full.
Waiving a Late Fee
To submit a request for a late fee to be waived, a student may send a message to Campus Accommodations via their message board under the "Account" tab.
If circumstances allow, Campus Accommodations prefers tenants to submit a Petition for Deferment of Payment before a late fee charge is assessed.
Requests are sent to a review board which determines the decision case by case.
Campus Accommodations cannot guarantee that a request to waive a late fee will be granted.
