In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Campus Accommodations restricts all third-party access to students’ personal information to those that have been granted FERPA access, either through a FERPA Release Form or, in the case of family, through the students’ personal FERPA preferences.
A tenant may grant FERPA access to family members by updating their FERPA preferences.
Family members who have been granted FERPA access must provide the tenant’s FERPA identifier prior to accessing that tenant’s personal information.
The FERPA identifier can be found in the tenant’s "Account" tab on the housing website or by clicking on the link to FERPA Preferences above.
